Not a problem. Send us an email with some information about you and what happened and if we can’t fix it remotely or over the phone with you, we’ll send you a new one free of charge within 24 hours. With the new Media Player there will also be a prepaid label. Send the broken one back to us using the prepaid label to avoid being charged for the new Media Player. Remember, you are paying for the service, not the player. As long as your account is current, we will replace the Media Player as needed so you can keep your content displayed.
